Burger cupcakes
This is such a super cute idea.. I have not made these yet myself i found this while searching Pinterest for ideas because my 7 (soon to be 8) year old daughter has chosen for me to make her cake/cupcakes this year.
The best part – this is super easy. Prepare the Fun-da-middles according to package directions (I used the yellow cake/white filling mix.). Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake as directed. Let the cupcakes cool completely then remove the paper wrappers.
Ingredients:
1 batch Fun-da-middles cupcakes (12 cupcakes - sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top before baking)
3/4 cup sweetened chopped coconut
3 - 4 drops green food coloring (for the coconut)
chocolate frosting, and red and yellow decorating frosting (im sure you could use regular vanilla frosting and color it yourself if you wanted)
Directions:
- 1. Remove the paper wrapped from the cupcakes and slice in half.
3. Pipe a circle of chocolate frosting on each “bottom bun”.
4. Sprinkle the colored coconut on the chocolate frosting.
5. Top with red and yellow frosting to simulate ketchup and mustard.
6. Gently place cupcake tops on each frosted bottom half.
7. Refrigerate until about 20 minutes before serving time.

tiny "caramel" apples
Bite-size versions of the fall fair treat, these tiny "caramel" apples are a great party snack
4-inch lollipop sticks
Melon baller
Granny Smith apples (one apple makes about 8 mini apples)
Butterscotch or peanut butter chips
Chopped nuts, nonpareils, sprinkles, shredded coconut (optional)
Small paper candy cups
First, cut the lollipop sticks in half at an angle (the pointy end will go into the apple pieces easier). With the melon baller, scoop little balls out of the apple. Each ball should have a section of apple peel. Push half of a lollipop stick into the peel of each ball. Pat the apple pieces dry.
Melt the chips according to the package directions. Dip and swirl the mini apples in the melted chips, then roll the apples in nuts, sprinkles, nonpareils, or coconut, if desired. Place the mini apples in paper candy cups to set.

Halloween Treats/Trick or treat cookies from Smiley Cookie
I was given a great opportunity to receive and review some amazing Halloween Cookies from Smiley Cookie. I received a box via fed-ex
( a very cute box by the way) and inside the box was a bag of 18 Halloween Jack O' Lantern cookies. As soon as i opened the bag I had to eat one they smelled so yummy !!! and they were AMAZING and tasted very fresh like they were just baked that day. And of course the kidies and the husband had to dig in also.
My 7 year old daughter loved them she is insisting that i order some for her class. I managed to save a few for family who was coming over and they loved them also. I must admit i was a little skeptical as to how the taste would be seeing as they were being shipped and I would have no idea if they were going to be as fresh and i hoped. Well i was pleasently suprised . Being a mom of 4 small children im always looking for new snacks for them and having one child who is in school and who always wants to bring treats to class for holidays and or birthdays and class partys. Our schools here do not allow us to bring in home made items . You can order individualy wrapped cookies from them for any occasion like holidays, birthdays, special events like graduation, baby showers, or get well soon,or just because they have different shapes and best of all you get to customize them your way you pick the icing color, face color. They also have a wide rage of gifts too and since halloween is right around the corner check out their Halloween Gifts. The website is super easy to use and very reasonable prices. Perfect for those class partys or birthday partys, Halloween Treats or just because you want some amazing cookies.
